این مقام عالی استان افزود: منطقه آزاد تجاری قصرشیرین مراحل تصویب اولیه را سر گذاشته است و در دستور کار هیئت دولت قرار دارد. همچنین طرح گرمسیری به عنوان عظیم ترین پروژه عمرانی کشور با سرعت قابل قبولی در کرمانشاه در حال اجراست که تحولی عظیم را در حوزه های مختلف استان پدید خواهد آورد.وی در بخش دیگری از سخنانش به خدمات ارزشمند نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی به روستاییان اشاره کرد و گفت: در پیش از انقلاب ۷۰ درصد جمعیت کشور در روستاها ساکن بودند و اکثر آن ها از امکانات اولیه خدماتی، آموزشی، بهداشتی و پزشکی بی بهره بودند. آمار مرگ و میر به هنگام زایمان بسیار بالا بود و کودکان بسیاری به علت کمبود امکانات پزشکی می مردند به گونه ای که آن سال ها کمتر خانواده روستایی را می توان سراغ گرفت که یکی از فرزندانش را از دست نداده باشد.رازانی تصریح کرد: پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی با حمایت های معمار کبیر انقلاب و رهبر معظم انقلاب خدمات و تلاش های فرزندان این ملت، خدمات بسیار گسترده ای در زمینه توسعه روستایی در کشور صورت گرفته است و وضع کنونی روستاها در حوزه های بهداشتی، امور زیربنایی و آموزشی و رفاهی به هیچ عنوان قابل مقایسه با سال های پیش از انقلاب نیست.استاندار کرمانشاه خاطرنشان کرد: نظام جمهوری اسلامی به دنبال توسعه همه جانبه روستاهاست و برای تحقق این مهم تمامی امکانات کشور را بسیج کرده است.این مقام عالی استان آبرسانی روستایی را از جمله حوزه های مورد توجه ویژه دولت تدبیر و امید معرفی کرد و گفت: تا پیش از این اجرای طرح های آبرسانی روستایی تنها متکی به اعتبارات استانی بود ولی برای اولین بار در دولت تدبیر و امید از محل صندوق توسعه ملی اعتبارات مناسبی برای حوزه آبرسانی روستایی اختصاص یافت.وی برخورداری از آب شرب سالم را یکی از نیازهای اساسی روستاها برشمرد و گفت: امسال کار آبرسانی به ۱۱۲ روستای استان کرمانشاه از محل اعتبارات صندوق توسعه ملی امسال انجام می شود که ۶۰ روستا از این تعداد به انجام رسیده است و امروز نیز با افتتاح و بهره برداری از مجتمع آبرسانی روستایی نجف آباد سنقر ۷ روستای دیگر از نعمت آب شرب سالم بهره مند شدند. باقی مانده روستاها نیز تا پایان سال به انجام می رسد.دکتر رازانی به بهره مند شدن ۸۰ درصد از روستاهای استان از نعمت آب آشامیدنی سالم تا پایان امسال اشاره کرد و اظهار داشت: تلاش می کنیم با بسیج تمامی امکانات استان کار آبرسانی به ۲۰ درصد باقی مانده نیز به انجام برسد و به این ترتیب از این شاخص مهم از توسعه به صورت کامل برخوردار شویم.استاندار کرمانشاه ادامه داد: تا سال آینده تمامی روستاهای بالای ۲۰ خانوار استان از نعمت گاز برخوردار خواهند بود و همچنین تا کنون بیش از ۷۵ درصد از راه های روستایی آسفالت شده اند.وی در بخش دیگری از سخنانش اظهار داشت: دولت در سنقر علاوه بر خدمات رسانی و انجام طرح های زیربنایی به دنبال ایجاد اشتغال و رونق اقتصادی نیز هست و در این زمینه با توجه به استعدادها و پتانسیل های منطقه به دنبال توسعه هنر صنعت فرش دست باف است.این مقام عالی استان ادامه داد: همچنین این منطقه از معادن فلزی خوبی برخوردار است و امیدواریم پس از شناسایی و اکتشاف، زمینه ایجاد کارخانه هایی همچون فولاد را در منطقه مهیا کنیم.رازانی عنوان کرد: همچنین آزادراه همدان سنقر کرمانشاه در دست احداث است و مذاکرت آن با سرمایه گذار در حال انجام است که با انجام این طرح سنقر از این شرایط دشوار مواصلاتی بیرون خواهد آمد.
